For our real world alteration, we did a small ARG of sorts. We planted some posters with clues around the school that would lead to different locations on campus and had players run around in search for them. 

PROCESS:

We originally planned to have 9 story paths with choices that would alter the story. These stories were based on this alignment chart:

We eventually narrowed it down to the 4 basic beings: Lawful, Chaotic, and Neutral. These are represented by different masked entities. Players would ideally choose a path to follow (without being explicitly told what they were going for) and whoever found all the clues for any given path would get the reward.

Each representative was on a different poster along with different visual clues, like these:

At each location, they would find a clue which was essentially a card with an image of campus on the back and an image of a deity on the front along with a number and a note saying "RESEMBLE MY PIECE AT ORIGIN" i.e. where the poster could be found. The pieces were to be tacked back up on the posters so that others could join in the game as well. Clues were to be "respawned" at night (although there was no need to respawn at all in the end, haha).

OUTCOME:

The game was solved surprisingly fast (all 9 pieces (3 per deity  were found on the same day we put up the posters-- at around 10:30 pm) and we had to rush to get the reward in place (which was actually claimed on the next day:

> Correct.

 Your heart wishes for a kingdom which rejoices in conflict...Very well...The time of creation is upon you. If you wish to reap the rewards of your labor, await for further instructions! 

(Note: We had to buy more time to get the reward in place, hahahahjfjdsfds)

 The journey ahead is difficult...Do you wish to know more about the temple of knowledge?

> Yes

 That which you seek remains locked away on the 45th level of the temple of knowledge. 

Guarded by 13 mil soldiers on the eastern flank. 

You must destroy the 39 mil west and crush the remaining 25!
